IMAGINAIR is a nomadic Artspace founded by Katrien Vanderbiest and Geoffrey Lambert. With great expertise in occupying offspace, they cross boundaries between multidisciplinary arts and design. In UMBRA, IMAGINAIR brings together the work of Geoffrey Lambert and Tom Andries. In a series of abstracts painted in black ink, Tom uncovers the essence and hidden beauty of typography. While Geoffrey searches for the soul of the material in fire-blackened wooden objects that meander between furniture and artefact.

IMAGINAIR (BXL) - Katrien Vanderbiest represents the work of Geoffrey Lambert (BE 1985) in dialogue with that of Tom Andries (BE 1969), both multidisciplinary makers and artists.

Tom has a background in graphic design and typography, Geoffrey is a versatile self-taught maker-designer.
