After studying at the La Cambre School of Visual Arts in Brussels (the industrial design studio) and after two internships in Paris (one at the Radi designers, the other at Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec), with his head full of dreams, Nicolas Bovesse started his own studio in Brussels: NICOLAS BOVESSE DESIGN STUDIO. Nicolas Bovesse designs new objects whose story begins in everyday life. From a concept or use is born a drawing, from a drawing is born a model, from a model is born a prototype, from a prototype is born a product. A meticulous, attentive, precise and continuous work pushes him to be interested in the context that links the craftsman or worker to the object, beyond the know-how. His creations are based on long researches on code, form, function, history, time. Very diversified in his approach to design, Nicolas Bovesse wanders between serial production and the unique object.
